Question 1

Which massage is best for first-time guests?

Accepted Answer

Aroma Therapy or a full Body Massage are wonderful introductions. Both can be adapted from gentle to medium pressure, and our team will ask how you are feeling and recommend the best service before your session.

Question 2

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Arriving 10 minutes early is perfect — enough time to settle in, share your pressure preferences and start your session completely unhurried.

Question 3

What should I wear during a massage?

Accepted Answer

Come in anything comfortable. We provide fresh linens and everything you need, and you are always comfortably draped throughout the session.

Question 4

Can the massage pressure be customised?

Accepted Answer

Always. Choose gentle, medium or firm, and tell your therapist at any point — every session is adjusted to your comfort.

Question 5

When should I avoid or postpone a massage?

Accepted Answer

Please postpone if you have a fever, a recent injury or surgery, or a skin infection. If you are unsure, check with your doctor first — then reschedule with us anytime on WhatsApp.

Question 6

How can I book or reschedule an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Just call or WhatsApp us at 090598 11149. Bookings and reschedules are confirmed within minutes — no forms needed.
